Mindfulness invites you to live the moment and stay present.

There are a variety of techniques that you can practice for relaxing your body-mind-spirit.

We use Breathing, Tibetan bowls, NA drums, Crystals, Holistic Healing, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

If you breathe in and out deeply and completely for 8 minutes two or three times a day, you will be telling your parasympathetic nervous system that you are well and healthy. Therefore, the fight-or-flight stress hormones (Adrenaline, Norepinephrine, and Cortisol) will be dramatically lowered, and your wellbeing will go up and up!
